Returns
All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Garments must be unworn. Any garments that appear to be worn (makeup marks, stains, perfume scent) will not be accepted.
For safe returns, please use trackable shipping and keep documentation of your postage costs.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. We suggest placing a new order once your refund has been processed.
Damaged merchandise
If your order arrives damaged, contact us via social media with photos and your order number and we'll make it right.
Wrong item or size
If you receive an incorrect item or size, return it to us with proof of shipping. Once confirmed, we'll reimburse the return postage and the original order cost.
